Welcome to logos.ai! These Terms govern your use of our design services and website.
By accessing our services, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please refrain from using our platform.

No refunds after 14 days (or once work begins).
You own the final design only after full payment.
We may showcase your project unless an NDA is signed.

1. Definitions
"We," "Us," "Our": logos.ai (the Company).
"You," "Client": The user or entity purchasing services.
"Services": Logo/branding design and related deliverables.
2. Eligibility & Use
Our services are only available to users aged 18+.
You agree to provide accurate information and not misuse our platform.
We reserve the right to terminate access for violations.
3. Intellectual Property
Before Payment: We retain full rights to all drafts and concepts.
After Final Payment: Ownership transfers to you for the final approved design only.
Portfolio Use: We may display completed work unless you request an NDA (signed before project start).
4. Payments & Refunds
Payment Terms: 100% upfront or as agreed in your proposal.
Refund Policy:
Full refund: Only within 3-5 days if no work has started.
Partial refund: Within 7 days, minus fees for work completed.
No refunds after 7 days or once substantial work begins.
Chargebacks/disputes will result in project suspension and legal action.
5. Revisions & Approval
Revisions are limited to your selected package.
Additional edits incur fees at $200/revision (or hourly rate).
Approval of a final design waives further changes (new project required).
6. Client Responsibilities
Provide clear feedback within 5 business days to avoid delays.
Delays caused by you may extend the timeline without compensation.
You are responsible for errors in approved designs.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
Indirect/consequential damages (e.g., lost profits).
Third-party misuse of delivered files.
Disputes arising from client-provided content.
8. Confidentiality
Client information is kept confidential by default.
For NDAs: Request before project start (additional fees may apply).
9. Third-Party Assets
You are responsible for licensing fonts, stock images, or other external assets.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate with written notice.
No refunds for work completed before termination.
11. Disputes & Governing Law
Disputes will be resolved via negotiation or in [Your State/Country] courts.
The prevailing party is entitled to legal fees.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time.
Continued use = acceptance of changes.
