Wide Eyes Coffee

A curated visual identity showcase and design retrospective for Wide Eyes Coffee.

About

Introducing Wide Eyes; a coffee brand built on the idea that caffeine isn’t the only thing that gets you buzzed. It’s the gossip, the glances, the “tell me everything” moments that happen over every cup in an increasingly chronically online world.
We wanted to capture that in a space that makes you want to visit, slow down and actually meet up. With the tagline ‘brews for all moods,’ the idea was to be there beyond the mornings - for the deadlines, the catch-ups and everything in between.

The hand-drawn type takes its cues from names scrawled on napkins and coffee cups, and the phrase ‘spilling the tea but never the coffee’ is our cheeky nod to the chats over brews that make you side-eye the next table. The whole brand world is designed to be the anti-dote to minimal coffee brands, with a strong personality that goes far beyond the cafe itself.
